Missing support for the "Configure Fields" in the Create Issue form

I have two scenarios when making field 'readonly' does not work:
a) when I make field e.g. 'Description' readonly and click on 'Create' button, field description is correctly "readonly".
But when I click on "Configure Fields" in the top-right corner, select "Custom" and hide and then display "Description" field, then I am able to edit this field (but I shouldn't be).
b) When the validation from server returns "Error", e.g. Headline field is required (what is expected), "Description" is then editable (but it should not be).
Thank you in advance how to solve that problem.
Is there any chance to fix it in the near future?
