Change dashboard/filter ownership script should handle renamed users

All existing users of this instance should have the same username on our Product Support instance. However, you will very likely need to click on the
Can't access your account link in order to reset to a new password.

When a user is renamed the change dashboard/filter ownership script does not change the owner at all. Even though it looks as if the owner is the user when the admin views the dashboards/filters the user who is meant to be the owner can not see them.
