We created 4 autoclose scripts using 'Escalation Service' feature of Script Runner.
We disabled script runner for 12 hours. This was done when we had seen some slowness in the system. After the plug-in is enabled back, we see escalation service mal-performing.
Tickets are getting closed appropriately. But 'comments' of one auto-close-script (JIRASUP Auto Closure Service) are being posted in tickets closed by another script (SILMAT Auto Close Bugs).

The interval for both the scripts is 1440 minutes.
Please look into this.
