addedAfterSprintStart() Not Finding Sprint

We are having issues using the addedAfterSprintStart() JQL function in JIRA. When using this, there is a specific list of sprints where this function returns the following error: No Sprint with that name could be found for this board.

These sprints do exist, however. For example let's say Sprint1 is a closed sprint from a few weeks ago. In the 'Search Issues' field where you can input JQL script, I can type in the below formula and it will return all the issues without any problems:

sprint = 'Sprint1'

Also, I can verify that there was more than 1 issue that was added after the sprint started (by looking at the Agile reports).

When I use the following JQL function, however, I get the error message I mentioned in the first paragraph:

issueFunction in addedAfterSprintStart("Board1", "Sprint1")
