By the way, it would be great if I could supply a description for a listener. Currently, the description for all of my listeners tied to condition changes is, "Fires an event that can be picked up by a notification scheme, in order to send mail only under certain conditions, eg Priority is Blocker"
I would like to have descriptions like, "Upgraded to P0", "Downgraded to P5", etc.
Given the current limitations, it is difficult to document what you are doing and to maintain things.
I would extend this to include any place where I can use your pre-canned routines and customize them to meet my own needs.
