Just a suggestion - it would be great to have a built-in post-function script which allows you to set a field on the issue if a condition is/isn't true.
eg if 'Candidate Type' = Contractor then set 'Contractor flag' to Yes
if 'Candidate Type' != Contractor then set 'Contractor flag' to No
(could be the same script used twice, or the one script might be able to have an optional value if false?)
Sounds like a good idea...
